Peter Pan And The SMURFS!!!!!

Guess what????? Grumpy Uncle Jack was super super super NOT grumpy the other day when I went to visit and in fact he was super super nice cause he had a PRESENT all for me!!!! Guess what it was? He downloaded TWO discs full of Smurf episodes!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the Smurfs and I never ever ever thought that he'd give me a present like this!!! I got changed into a dry diaper and watched some of them and they were WONDERFUL!! YAY FOR THE SMURFS!!!

Also, his boyfriend Alain gave me some Easter chocolates and a stuffed animal leopard that his kids used to have but they no longer played with. He's needing to go to Mrs. Julie the stuffed animal doctor who fixed Chester cause he has two holes but he's really really really soft and cuddly though even though he's supposed to be a ferocious leopard, he's actually afraid of lots of things but it's okay cause Chester has already made friends with him and protects him from anything that scares him. I'm glad that they're friends cause EVERYONE needs a good friend to help them through fears and scary stuff and things that make you cry.

Last week I went to Chicago and friends took me to see "Peter Pan" which is one of my favoritest stories EVER!!! If you go to www.360ents.com you can see a video about the show and it shows you just how cool it was but not completely cause it is even better seeing it LIVE!!! It was in a huge tent and the scenery was projected onto the tent which made you feel like you were there, especially with the flying over London cause they flew around churches and Big Ben and under arches and past buildings and over the river and you felt like you were flying, especially one lady who at intermission said that she almost got motion sickness from it even though the seats didn't ACTUALLY move!! They all flew all over the place and it was really exciting and the pirates were only a little scary but it was funny when Captain Hook got scared by the crocodile!!

My friends Kirsten and Jon say that I'm like Peter Pan cause they say that I haven't changed how I look since our highschool yearbooks and they say that I'm like Peter Pan or Dorian Grey cause of that but that I'm like Peter Pan more cause he's always playing and is mischievous and like a kid and that's ME!! Last time I saw Kirsten and Jon we saw a play called "Dorian Grey" that one of their friends was in and Dorian wasn't nice to people at all!! He was mean and he was like Peter Pan cause he didn't ever get any older but he acted more like Captain Hook because he was cruel and hurt people and wasn't fun or nice. I like Peter Pan much better cause he gets to fly too!!! If ANY of you are in Chicago you just have to see Peter Pan!!! IT'S INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I have to go to sleeps now cause I'm seeing Daddy Denis and Uncle Jack and Jinxie and Radar and Buzz and Chester and Pinkie and Bumblebee and the Leopard (who I need to find out his name) and all the other toys and maybe Alaine too!!!! Good night and don't forget to leave comments cause they're super fun to read and Daddy Denis reads them too when he looks at my blog so write lots and lots and lots and lots of comments PLEASE!!!!

Baby Blondboy The Pirate Treasure Hunter!!

I just got back from having a super adventure this past weekend.  I went way up to a place called Tobermory with a scuba diving club that I'm part of here in Toronto.  Tobermory is way up on a penninsula with lots of islands up there and if ships want to go from Georgian Bay to Lake Huron or back and forth they have to go through the islands.  This means that lots and lots and lots of ships have had HUGE shipwrecks there and so it's called a ship graveyard!!

It's a tiny town and the whole town is all about diving.  The boats in the harbor have dive flags and the shops are all about diving and it's super neat because I love diving and so it's great.  We carpooled up and stopped along the way to grab sandwiches and have a picnic under trees.  When I got there I got to go camping in a campground that had a pond where there were lots of frogs and so I called it Frog Pond.  I got all set for diving.  You have to wear lots and lots of stuff because the water up here is SO cold.  I even had to wear a hood and gloves!

The dives are really neat because they're almost all on ships.  One, called the Niagara II is a GIGANTIC ship that is all made of steel and there is a Canadian Flag still on its bow and there are lots of decks and places to explore including the captain's deck where I used the steering wheel but even when I turned it the boat didn't move because it's already sunk.  The water at it was 41 degrees!!  Even peeing my pants only warmed me up for a few seconds down there.  Another one was the James C. King which landed on a cliff and so starts up at 25 feet but ends at 90 feet under water!  It's a wooden ship and has been under there over a hundred years which is near to FOREVER!!  It was like a rack of ribs but they'd be too big to eat these ribs and not very tasty.

At another ship I found an anchor bigger than me and I played treasure hunter and followed the anchor chain and found a pile of chain bigger than me!!  I also made friends with a family of bass.  They followed me throughout the whole dive and came within four inches of my hand.

While I didn't find any pirate gold or treasure I still got to play at being a pirate treasure hunter.  Thankfully no ghosts bothered me while swimming but some of it was a little spooky (especially when the sun went away and it was darker but I still had a wonderful time!!  And I got to roast marshmellows at the fire and there was The Sweet Shop in town were I had ice cream and chocolate and they had so much candy that it was hard to choose.  I want to go back to explore more ships wrecks and try more of the candy!!
